Dr. Plamen Petrov was born in Varna, Bulgaria.
In 1999 , he graduated the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Sofia.

From 1999 to 2003 , D-r Petrov works in his private dental practice in Varna , along with his wife D-r Nadezhda Alexieva.
In 2003, D-r Petrov is admitted to the after graduate program at the University of Bergen, Norway.

From 2004 to 2013 , he practices dentistry in Norway and attends many courses in order to maintain and deepen his professional abilities. During the period 2009-2010, D-r Petrov attends a practical course for restorations over implants.The course took place in the University Hospital Haukeland, Bergen, Norway.
